Telecoms Are Uninsurable

Electro Magnetic Fields (EMFs) are listed as a pollutant under the insurance company pollution exclusion of coverage.  This means insurance will not cover EMF/RF generated illnesses. Below is exclusion language from General Liability Policies of Zurich, Sun, Hartford and CFC Underwriting for Lloyds.

Updated Zurich Community Care Liability Insurance: “We will not pay anything under this policy, including claim expenses, in respect of: Electromagnetic Fields any liability of whatsoever nature directly or indirectly caused by, in connection with, or contributed to, by or arising from, electromagnetic fields (EMF) or electromagnetic interference (EMI).”

SUN General Insurance: “This policy does not cover any liability, loss, cost or expense directly or indirectly arising out of, resulting from, caused or contributed to, by exposure to magnetic electric or electromagnetic fields or radiation however caused or generated.”

The Hartford: “EXCLUSION – ELECTROMAGNETIC HAZARD”. “The following exclusion is added: “This insurance does not apply to: Electromagnetic Hazard’.”

CFC Underwriting LTD in London, the UK agent for Lloyds: “The Electromagnetic Fields Exclusion (Exclusion 32) is a General Insurance Exclusion and is applied across the market as standard.  The purpose of the exclusion is to exclude illnesses caused by continuous exposure to non-ionizing radiation exposure.”

NB: Does it not raise the hair on the back of your head seeing this stance of insurers?  What are they paying attention to that Telecoms/the FCC are not disclosing? Have primary insurers learned over the decades to pay attention to the science which acts as an early warning system? We think they know of the existing body of science on the harms of RFR and implemented powerful measures across the board to protect their bottom line from the disaster of microwave illnesses claims about to swamp them and the world.

In the Corbett 5G Update Report, December 2019:

ANNUAL REPORT-Fiscal year ended December 31, 2014

“We are subject to a significant amount of litigation, which could require us to pay significant damages or settlements.”

“…our wireless business also faces personal injury and consumer class action lawsuits relating to alleged health effects of wireless phones or radio frequency transmitters, and class action lawsuits that challenge marketing practices and disclosures relating to alleged adverse health effects of handheld wireless phones.  We may incur significant expenses in defending these lawsuits.  In addition, we may be required to pay significant awards or settlements.”
